Awesome and easy place to buy a car from.

Awesome and easy place to buy a car from. They made the impossible happen. Every other dealership turned me down but not at Grote. Fred really does say "Yes". Talk to Sherman. He got it done.

What a great buying experience.

What a great buying experience. The atmosphere was great and loved hitting the gong after purchasing our nicer newer vehicle.

I had the most fun experience working with Kelly The Car Spaz !!! If you are looking for a newer vehicle, you definitely need to go see her!! Family oriented, fun, down to earth, and great with kids!! You will not be disappointed! She’s invited to all of our family cookouts!!!!

I wanted a FJ cruiser and they were hard to find.

I wanted a FJ cruiser and they were hard to find. GROTE went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and delivered their promise. I love my FJ, thank you Josh and the rest of the team!!

Good Selection

Good selection. They were too busy to handle everyone but I'm happy. Must be good how bust they were. I do recommend them if looking.

Service Sucks!

Bought a truck 7/12/23 had a problem withva tiered which they replaced but couldn't do alignment so told me to take it to my mech an they would pay for it,when my mech tried to do alignment found 2 bad lower ball joints which they couldn't do alignment so called grote back with a price (since it's under warranty an I live an hour away) so brought it in after talking to "Dave" the service manager,when I brought it back to the dealership on the appointment date I was met by a new service manager "Shane" found out the 4wd is f**ked an now as of late I have a new service Manger "Brad" no return calls,no updates! It's been a month! I have a camper I need to move or pay a fine,(storage fee) an my payment for loan is due In 1 week! Why am I paying a loan for something that I don't have,and why was it not inspected when they recieved the vehicle? I'm so pissed,they even know who I am when I call? Is this a screen my car so no one has to give me any answers? I did get 1 answer awhile ago saying "it's at another garage we farm our work out"! Quote unquote!

RUN RUN RUN

Terrible just terrible. Once you sign. They are done. I don’t even know where to begin! I was at the dealership for 6 hours. When you say no….they send in a different manager. Work needed to be done on the car. When I went to pick the car up it was pouring rain the gas was on E. The body work was not done. When I spoke to the manager, Craig he said he would take care of it. Still not done. I was supposed to have a remote start install. Still not done. Worst experience I have ever had. Dishonest and deceptive.
