Bad experience

Took car in today(3-9-2022) for work that needed to be done, see if work needed to be done gets done, got it in at 9:00 didn't hear anything all day. Now closed wth

BEWARE

I have left a previous review & am here to add to that. I bought a vehicle from this dealership & was sold a car that was NOT inspected before the sale. I contacted the dealership which by the does NOT respond back promptly & service manager is very rude. I ended up taking to a different mechanic only to find out I needed a new starter, both exhaust manifolds were cracked & my exhaust pipe was broken & held up with a bungee cord. It cost ME out of my OWN pocket $2800.00 to get fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....... Management did contact me after my previous review when I called back responding to the message I got no answer & never received a call back.

Best dealer in the area

Purchased my beautiful dodge journey a few weeks ago had a slight problem . Miles in the finance dept and my salesperson Nicole took care of the repair even gave me a free car to drive for the day. I wouldnt buy anywhere else they treat you like family they worked hard for me got my payments and my down payment where i wanted them to be. I Highly recommend Grote Automotive...

Brought a friend there to buy a car, had a 430 credit score. Dealer got her in a car and financed. While I was there saw a 202 GMC Terrain and was interested in purchasing, got pre-approved for loan, but was hesitant because of a lot of IDK, not sure answers I asked about the vehicle. Vehicle had 12.000 miles on it ang the TPMS light stayed on, looked at the tires and they were very worn, rear fuse panel missing, rear cargo cover missing. Asked about these issues and was told not sure if there is a cover for the cargo area, was told tires worn from a lot of highway miles, Asked salesperson to check if there was a nail in the tire the tpms was not reading and to check tire pressures. Was tole it was done. Fortunately the vehicle still has some factory warranty, was also sold an extended contract. Went to dealership, and found tires were over inflated and the tires were swapped, were not the correct tire size and the cargo cover is $250 to replace. Actually the salesperson were very nice to start with, but as the deal went on they seemed to be a little pushy/intense. Especially Derrick. I had thoughts of sending a couple of friends there that need help with a car and has not so good credit, but not sure if i will now.
