I did not like the hidden surprise with the $50 charge

I did not like the hidden surprise with the $50 charge for shop fees, afterl paying close to $700 in labor cost then to come and hit me with these misc fees was an insult. Then once I drove off my engine was still running hot

The defective part was obvious.

The defective part was obvious. Order the part and then, when part was in, set up an appointment to replace part. Not keep my truck for 10 days waiting on part and then waiting on a technician to replace part

I was told when I dropped car off on a Monday that I

I was told when I dropped car off on a Monday that I would get an update every Tuesday and Thursday and it would be done by the end of the weekend. Never updated me on those days. Would call on a Friday to ask what update is because my rental only lasted til that Friday. Becky told me she was waiting on insurance. So I get a rental another week and ask update again next Friday. Becky says same thing - waiting on insurance. It took them 3 weeks just to tell me they can’t fix my car because it cost 3 times the amount insurance said it would be. When i picked car up, car looked worse than it did when i dropped it off. On top of all of this, Becky was very rude and unprofessional every time I called. She didn’t even say anything to me when I came to get my car back! I told the man that gave me my car back that I was very upset with the whole experience and I wanted to talk to someone about it. He didn’t care what I had to say and he walked away. I will never do business with Fred Anderson again.

Cody was so helpful and communicative during the whole

Cody was so helpful and communicative during the whole buying process! He had everything ready for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend him! The only issue is that when it came to paying for the car and selling ours, it took way too long. We kept being told '10 More minutes' and over 30 minutes later, we got started.
