It was all positive, simple, quick and efficient.
It was all positive, simple, quick and efficient. Heather was engaging, knowledgeable, not pushy. The inventory was good. The only negative thing I would say was that the receptionists were not engaging or accommodating. They didn't speak to us. We had to speak to both receptionist.

Service took way longer than what was told to me.
Service took way longer than what was told to me. No one bothered to keep me informed of what the delay was, so I was late to an important meeting. If they had told me it was going to take longer, I would have been able to make arrangements to delay my meeting.
