It was all positive, simple, quick and efficient. Heather was engaging, knowledgeable, not pushy. The inventory was good. The only negative thing I would say was that the receptionists were not engaging or accommodating. They didn't speak to us. We had to speak to both receptionist.

Service took way longer than what was told to me. No one bothered to keep me informed of what the delay was, so I was late to an important meeting. If they had told me it was going to take longer, I would have been able to make arrangements to delay my meeting.

It was great. They did everything they could to get my van back and running. They worked with the insurance company to get everything done

Ernest Jones is the epitome of a phenomenal leader. His energy is contagious and he's extremely transparent which makes for a seamless experience start to finish. His passion shined through in his engagement with me. He made sure I was informed throughout the entire experience. I've been in leadership/customer service for a long time and working with Ernest was such a pleasure. It was apparent that he's a servant leader at the core.
