Excellent service and time waiting for completion of. Service was less than an hour.Bradshaw has always done excellent service on my vehicle.

I had the worse service advisor. He didn't keep me inform enough on my vehicle.

I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I did not need financing and they would not accept a check. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate.

I got my tire plugged and they did not even restore my air pressure to match the others. Had to do it myself today.

Worst experience ever don’t waste your money or time go somewhere else. The car we bought it’s been in the shop more then we drove it.

Took the truck in second time for an original problem hopefully they fixed it this time. While the truck was in for repairs technicians scratched the chrome on my front bumper and the top of the chrome grill. Tremendous inconvenience now I have to bring the truck back to have a body shop try to buff out the scratches.
