i feel that the customer service has went down since my last visit there for service.

Prompt service and great pricing. I had a bad experience at the south Florida dealership where I purchased my truck but recently moved to Greenville and the Bradshaw service team was excellent.

Had the best experience at Bradshaw Auto Group! We arrived late in the afternoon with no intentions of buying anything . We called earlier and the vehicle I wanted had been sold that day but we decided to drive the 1 1/2 hr trip anyway to take a look at what they did have. Met Don Abney, our salesman, and asked him a bunch of questions and took a test drive and we were sold! Don was funny, kind, knowledgeable about the features and let us make up our own mind without any sales pressure. We felt bad for having to keep him there after closing so we could finalize the paperwork which takes longer than deciding you want the car! But we enjoyed our time there and would recommend this Group to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Very Good. But Can NOT check out a sparatic problem without the vehicle doing it. It's like the service department has Never seen or heard of the problem before. Again, it is Sparatic.

Bradshaw Chevrolet has worked on my Chevy Cruze before and I was very pleased so when I had problems with it this time, I took it to Bradshaw for a diagnostic test and was again very pleased with the service and the help of Mr Terry Kitchens.

Blaine McDaniel has helped me on two separate occasions and made the process very smooth and stress free. Fantastic communication and do great work!

My wife purchased a Buick from John at Bradshaw. Great experience, John Karvelas was extremely knowledgeable about the features on the car and was great to work with.
