Wofford Shepherd was the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure of working with when purchasing a vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable, and considerate re what would meet our needs and desires in a car. We found him to be trustworthy and above board in answering all our questions. When purchasing another vehicle, we will request his assistance! In completing our paperwork, Mgr. Ernest Jones, was so gracious, straightforward and to the point in all matters. He made the process painless and even enjoyable. We cannot express enough our gratitude to these 2 gentlemen. They made purchasing our car a joy!! You would be wise to make Bradshaw Automotive in Greer, SC the first place you shop! Ask for Wofford Shepherd! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Amazing service!
Amazing service! Done way faster than estimated. Very nice people and customer service. Told my family if I get into another accident I’ll be going to Bradshaw for repairs. Maybe even when I’m shopping for my next car I’ll give them a visit. Again very nice people and they did a great job! They also cleaned my car! Just a company going an extra inch to satisfy customers.

I was very impressed how week run it all was.
I was very impressed how week run it all was. It was my first time there for servicing my Cadillac and it was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The area was clean. I enjoyed the small table to sit at while I waited and the free Wi-Fi to work from.

Poor communication.
Poor communication. Extremely long service time. I was only ever able to talk to one person and she never knew anything about what was going on, and constantly remarked about how she doesn’t like to give time estimates. It’s currently 42 days and I still don’t have my vehicle back. They even called me and said to come pick it up, then called back again and said that it turns out it needs another part and it’ll be at least 4 more days. I expect after the 4 days there will be another delay. I wouldn’t recommend Bradshaw collision. Truly terrible experience. I can’t comment on the quality of the work yet because I still haven’t seen my car. Again, I wasn’t allowed to ever speak to anyone else other than this one person, and she would tell me something, then say she would call me next Tuesday or Thursday, then tell me something that was inconsistent with what she told me previously. I get the impression that her job is to run interference for the mechanics when there are delays. I would have been able to tolerate the delays better if someone was more honest and straightforward with me, but that was the exact opposite of that happened— Or I should say, what *is happening*, because I’m still dealing with this. Do yourself a favor and find a mechanic you can trust rather than just clicking on the first result of your insurance company’s list of recommendations.

They treat you with respect and keep you updated with what is going on with your vehicle. when and if I get ready for a new car my go-to salesman is Mike Wehunt. He has been helping me and my deceased husband for years. The dealership was clean and comfortable.

All of the Representatives I met were very nice and accommodating; this included the Service Manager, Zack Moran and the Service Rep., Brandon Lee. The wait time for service performed was both surprisingly and pleasingly short. A very nice 1st time experience!
