Howard was great! I was greeted promptly and he explained everything that he was going to do and gave me an expected wait time. He directed me to the waiting area. The area was comfortable and had WiFi available so that I could get some work done while I waited. When the work was done Howard explained everything that was done and gave me recommendations for my next service appointment.
