We had a great experience dealing with Bradshaw. Our salesman Cedric Ferguson was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful throughout the process of car selection and information gathering. Ed Donald who is Director of finance was very helpful getting the right loan and payment schedule that we were looking for. He was also helpful in reviewing warranty packages they were available for the vehicle we selected. My wife and I noticed how pleasant everyone was that we dealt with through the entire process.

Bought and paid for spare key and remote left my truck
Bought and paid for spare key and remote left my truck for 12 hours only to go pick it up and get a working remote and valet key that is useless to me which i had to pay for ori couldn't get my truck and conveniently everyone that could help was gone

I reached out several times about a car.
I reached out several times about a car. I finally was called back and was told that someone had misplaced the key. They told me that they would call me back to schedule a test drive when they found it. Next thing I know the car was sold and I got an email telling me it was sold. Will not recommend to anyone looking for a car.
