I needed to get a New Battery for my Mom's 2008 Cadillac, purchased last year from Bradshaw. I did not have an Appointment, but figured I would take a chance. Shawn in Service took down my Information and also suggested a few additional services. I was in and out in 90 Minutes. Great Service and Experience!

my wife and i leased a cady at the dealership. i can say it was the best experience ive ever had leasing a vehicle. Joe Johnson and Ernest Jones were very professional and friendly. Joe knew the cady inside and out. and there was a lot to know about it. only took one trip to the sales manager and he came out to talk with us. very impressed with him. really no pressure. will go back in the future. thank you and Heather thanks you. she loves her cady. as Ernest would say. :)

I purchased a lemon, and on my ride back from driving off the lot the engine light came on. No one will contact me back after I have left messages. I will spread the word, that you guys are unreliable and not true to your word. Right now, I'm having trouble with the vehicle and it is not the vehicle the salesman told me it is.
