I had an oil service done on my 2007 Trailblazer. I requested the 7 quart and paid for it. I only got 5 quarts. I called back to talk with my service writer and was hung up on once. The receptionist returned the call. It went to voicemail. I waited an hour and still no call. I made another call and was told he was with a customer she thought. I had my oil change at 8:30 am and done by 9:10. I live 10 miles from the dealership. Still no call or email. I had plans I had to do so I put in the 2 quarts lacking. I would appreciate a call back and some sort of correction made.

We recently bought a used Cadillac XT5. We found the vehicle on the internet as it was advertised as a certified pre-owned. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle only to find out that it wasn't certified. Mike Wehunt was great to work with though. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy the car which was refreshing. The dealership was willing to discount the price of the vehicle due to the advertising mistake and we were satisfied when they accepted our offer. Ernest Jones was also very friendly and thorough as we worked through the paperwork. I felt he was disappointed when we didn't purchase the extended warranty, but he continued to be friendly and worked on getting us through the process quickly. This was our first vehicle purchase in over 10 years and it was FAR better than our last experience.

Everyone was was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend doing any type of business here whether it’s getting a car worked on or buying a vehicle. They made the whole process of getting me a new used vehicle for me while trading in my old one that had major issues going on. Everyone was wonderful👍🏻👍🏻
