Service was slow. The service rep Chris was not...

Service was slow. The service rep Chris was not interested at all with my business. Slow communication between the service rep and courtesy vehicle driver. Waited an hour before leaving to be dropped off T home. Waited 2 hours to be picked up after getting the call that my truck was ready. At this time I am Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
