We have always enjoyed taking vehicles to Bradshaw and they have always done a great job however this time our service advisor was very slack at keeping us informed about status of vehicle. I had to call everyday to check on it and also he would not return my calls I would call front desk to give him message.

Took over an hour and a half for oil change and tire...
Took over an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I had my small children with me that I was trying to keep occupied. After the second time we walked around the car lot outside (an hour and a half after my appointment), we noticed my car parked on the side of the building. I went inside and asked the lady at the register if it was finished and if I could go ahead and pay. When she called to the service desk, it was ready. I do not know how long my vehicle had been ready or how long I would have kept waiting if we had not spotted my vehicle. It is not easy keeping two small children occupied for that amount of time especially when my vehicle was finished.

Don’t feel like writing a statement but oh well. The price for oil change 60 was a little high other shops are around 39-40. I should have asked before little y’all service it !! Next time try maybe try a different business Jeff Harbert 864-735-2966
