Normally great customer service. Wasn't as good my most recent experience. Didn't get acknowledge by the guy helping me until he walked to my truck. He just didn't have good customer service. The receptionist didn't have as good of a day either. Took longer than usually to check me out.

Very easy process. Online person got me some information and scheduled a set appointment to see the car. Salesmen met me at the door and had the car ready. Let me test drive it alone. Got back to the dealership and got an offer on my car quickly. Had a deal in a few minutes.
