I had a great experience with Bradshaw pre-owned department. Very nice and friendly people. Easy to work with and understanding. Willing to help as much as possible.

I'm always pleased with my service experience at Bradshaw. They are upfront about price and always keep me informed of progress. All work is done properly and comes with a 12 month warranty.

I just completed a survey from my first visit, approximately 2-3 weeks ago. I had to go back for recall issues that could not be completed during the first visit.

I appreciate the service that was done on my truck at no cost to me. But operating my own business I think I should comment on things that could help better the dealership. If the technician already knows the vehicle needs a certain part before the vehicle is coming in it needs to be ordered so you and customer is not waiting days for a job that only takes a few hours. And please take time to check the body of the vehicle, mine had grease on the right fender and frt bumper. Another thing is the parking lot needs to be fenced to secure all vehicle’s from thieves and doing malicious damage to them. Again I do most sincerely thank you for the good job Bradshaw Chevrolet did for me.

Had a very positive experience, the gentleman who helped me was very eager to do everything to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. I’m very happy with the overall service. Coffee in the waiting room would have been nice.

The service department performed in a timely manner. Was kept abreast of work being done by my service department agent - Tim Layton. My vehicle was neatly cleaned inside and out when picked up.

Becky Nicholson has been such a pleasure to work with! My 2019 Mustang was wrecked about six weeks ago and Becky has kept in contact with me at least twice a week as we were waiting for parts to finish my car. I just got my car back yesterday and it looks and drives just like new!
