Great attitudes and accommodating. Communication was poor. I did not receive a single phone call on the progress of the work and was told 2 times it would be done ‘today’ and it wasn’t with no call. Had to call myself. Had rental car company hassling me about who was going to pay for extra days because it took so long.

Have bought two different vehicles in past 3 years. Salesman (Joe Johnson) was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of both vehicles. Friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Gave detailed information about his answers instead of just short explanations. The entire team worked on our purchase in a timely manner including the finance department as well as final servicing on our used purchased vehicle. Not your ordinary dealership-excellent personal service.

Car has been in the body shop going on 10 weeks, job STILL not completed. No updates have been forthcoming unless I have called or stopped by. Stopped by 08/12/21 and only one issue had been resolved since last visit two weeks ago!!!
