The dealership has done everything they have said they would do. My service advisor was very friendly and responsive. He got me set up with Ed who sold me an extended warranty for a fair price.

We were 800 miles from home when our 2019 Terrain had an...

We were 800 miles from home when our 2019 Terrain had an issue, your worst nightmare. We hobbled our car, on a Saturday, to Bradshaw G.M. and their service department was closed. The sales people were helpful and we rented a car. We were told we would get a call on Monday, I thought sure we will. By 9:00 a.m. on Monday , I got a call from Howard letting me know they had my car diagnosed and that it was a minor issue. Howard called later and told us we could pick up our suv. He was great! Thank you Howard and the crew at Bradshaw. Brian Davis

The dealership was all around great to deal with. Joe Johnson my sales agent wasn’t pushy but instead answered every question and helped my selection. Finance department was incredible

I really think that you service department needs some customer service skills taught. I come in on Friday, July 23, 2021 and they were not rude but were not customer friendly…….they did not explain that my back break needs to be changed. Or even advised us. But in comments said I declined……

I generally do not expect such personal and attentive service at such a large dealership. My dad had several dealerships in the 1950's which were glorified gas stations. Personal service was his hallmark. I like what I see at Bradshaw.
