I generally do not expect such personal and attentive service at such a large dealership. My dad had several dealerships in the 1950's which were glorified gas stations. Personal service was his hallmark. I like what I see at Bradshaw.

If I ever buy another car I will definitely buy from Bradshaw. It’s a weird time with COVID and how things have to be ordered before they come in sight unseen. My husband was having heart surgery and I wanted to buy him a truck before. After putting down a deposit at Bradshaw, I found one on a lot that I could buy that day. They we kind to transfer the deposit I had to go on a bed cover. Joe in sales and Chris in service are excellent. Thank you for being so kind to us.

I really think that you service department needs some customer service skills taught. I come in on Friday, July 23, 2021 and they were not rude but were not customer friendly…….they did not explain that my back break needs to be changed. Or even advised us. But in comments said I declined……
