From the time I set my appointment. I pulled up exactly 3 o'clock, they pulled me in, took my information, and conducted a visual check around my vehicle. It was a pleasant experience. The Service agent offer me drinks and a lovely lounge to wait. The projected wait time was spot on. Service was professional and above expectations; thank you.. I did make a suggestion for military discounts.
