Ithe diagnostic fee was excessive for what was done most mechanics could tell what was wrong in two minutes If you are really concerned with what your customers think get rid of this fee

This turned out to be a MAJOR repair HIGH PRESSURE FUEL...

This turned out to be a MAJOR repair HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP FAILURE). The Service Department did a OUTSTANDING JOB. Our GMC 2500 broke down 200 miles from home! Our Service Writer (Easton Howard) called us every afternoon to keep us informed on the progress of the repair. We can't say enough about all the people involved.
