This turned out to be a MAJOR repair HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP FAILURE). The Service Department did a OUTSTANDING JOB. Our GMC 2500 broke down 200 miles from home! Our Service Writer (Easton Howard) called us every afternoon to keep us informed on the progress of the repair. We can't say enough about all the people involved.

The last time I had my truck in your service department was the worst service I’ve ever had from a Chevrolet dealership.. The service technician I had never returned my phone call and didn’t fix all the issues I had my truck in for. I would never take my truck to this service department again.
