The last time I had my truck in your service department was the worst service I’ve ever had from a Chevrolet dealership.. The service technician I had never returned my phone call and didn’t fix all the issues I had my truck in for. I would never take my truck to this service department again.

Extremely disappointed over my past 2 visits. Primarily...
Extremely disappointed over my past 2 visits. Primarily is POOR communication. Call, wait a couple of hours for return call for status updates. Last visit had a confirmed appt for 2 PM. Received call in AM, after dropping off after hours that diagnostics would be 1-2 days. Then received update after 24 hrs that radio needed to be "reprogrammed" for X amount of dollars. We OK'ed that, 24 hrs later, after being told technician tried that radio and something else needed to be replaced. We were told we were responsible for the diag fee AND then labor for a FAILED reprogramming. Thankfully I had a discussion with the advisor about the programming PRIOR to authorizing it. As in why would I be responsible for something that didn't work, and he was confident in the tech and what was recommended. Also, tech had "recommended" alignment, oil change and air filter change. Alignment was checked this weekend and was "in spec" Oil change still has 2000 miles to go per sticker Air filter has date and milage written on it it was replaced (Dec 2020 and about 4000 miles ago). At this point based on 2 poor visits that I probably will shift to 2 other servicing dealers in the area. I also doubt that I will utilizing the sales department as well, even though we have personally purchased 2 or 3 from here, and family based on OUR recommendations have purchased at least 5.

Respectfully Mr. Harris, I have provided all of the relevant info regarding the situation. A debriefing with Howard about the 13 Terrain radio issue and the upset customer should be more than enough to give you the details you need. Unfortunately, at this time there is nothing that you or anyone at the dealership can do to change my mind regarding this. I have already located and ordered an aftermarket stereo and accessories to handle the replacement myself.
