Excellent service, just as I’ve come to expect from Bradshaw. A five star experience if there ever was one! I miss having coffee in the waiting area, hope it returns soon

The wait wasn’t long; the lounge area was very nice, clean and comfortable. They even had a TV, that displayed the progress on your car. I had a good experience.

As soon as I walked in the service, I was greeted and quickly helped. Clayton S and his service along with the department was excellent!!

Blaine was excellent to work with, good communication through the insurance process and the repair job was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for repair work.

Service was aware of separate policy on the part my vehicle required . By doing that the part and labor was paid by policy. Going outside to non Chevrolet dealer the part I was told would have been over $650.00

Responsive and polite. Requiring a 25 word minimum is silly as your customers should not have these requirements wasting time filling out forms for marketing people. This makes is highly unlikely ratings are filled out in the future. You just won’t get a response. Think about it. Let me guess, someone just out of school built this form.

Bradshaw has the Best service department anywhere , they are very knowledgeable and they kept me updated in a timeline manner. I will use the again as needed
