Service was aware of separate policy on the part my vehicle required . By doing that the part and labor was paid by policy. Going outside to non Chevrolet dealer the part I was told would have been over $650.00

Responsive and polite. Requiring a 25 word minimum is silly as your customers should not have these requirements wasting time filling out forms for marketing people. This makes is highly unlikely ratings are filled out in the future. You just won’t get a response. Think about it. Let me guess, someone just out of school built this form.
