Bradshaw always treats us right! Sales personnel are not pushy. The service department takes care of any problems promptly and reasonably. The breakfast items offered are top notch.

This entire team goes the extra mile everytime I see them. Excellent service with a focus on Customer value. Entered for a oil service and left with a free car wash. Asked about a emblem and received a call from the team 2 days later with a price! Exceptional!

We were from out of town and the DEF warning light came...
We were from out of town and the DEF warning light came on. I needed an emergency refill or we wouldn't have made it back home. All the other dealerships refused to do the work until the following week but although the Bradshaw Service Department was also totally booked out, Shawn squeezed us in right away. These guys are absolutely awesome and they made me a future customer for life!

First time visit to Service dept. The newer model vehicles are a challenge to learn all of the bells and whistles. Shawn was very patient in guiding me through all of the systems to properly sync them with phone. I would recommend him anytime and will return.
