First time visit to Service dept. The newer model vehicles are a challenge to learn all of the bells and whistles. Shawn was very patient in guiding me through all of the systems to properly sync them with phone. I would recommend him anytime and will return.

We were from out of town and the DEF warning light came on. I needed an emergency refill or we wouldn't have made it back home. All the other dealerships refused to do the work until the following week but although the Bradshaw Service Department was also totally booked out, Shawn squeezed us in right away. These guys are absolutely awesome and they made me a future customer for life!

The sales associate, John Karvelas, was very helpful and friendly. He made it an excellent experience. Ernest Jones a=was also very helpful. Overall, it was a stress free purchase experience.
