I submitted this review back in March. Please stop requesting MULTIPLE reviews for the same visit. Would like to acknowledge Terry Kitchens for his efforts to share the steps being taken to repair my 2016 GMC Sierra. I’ve had several issues with the lifters and or push rod failures and Terry’s explanation of what was being done helps me feel assured a good fix was completed. I love my truck and the Bradshaw service support has been great in keeping my confidence high. As a side note, I was 15 years in auto manufacturing and I know the challenges with the complexity of these products.

Joe Johnson is by far the best car salesman I have ever...
Joe Johnson is by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the process so simple and was always available to answer my questions. We drove right at 3 hours from TN all the way to Greer, SC because my husband found his perfect truck online. Joe was so helpful talking with us for over a week and helped us through the entire process. Ed Donald also went above and beyond to finance the vehicle of my husbands dreams and got us the best rate. Hands down the best service I have ever received from the sales process with Joe Johnson to the end with finance from Ed Donald. I wish we had more dealerships like this in TN that had employees like Joe and Ed that went above and beyond because they want what is in the best interest of the customer.

One of the cleanest service shops I’ve ever been in. Professional and called when they said they would. Had me a loaner Tahoe ready for me which I was so ready to trade my vehicle in, loved it. Will be back!
