Bought 2018 GMC Sierra. Needed trailer brake module moved...

Bought 2018 GMC Sierra. Needed trailer brake module moved from trade in. They said needed different equipment. They ordered wrong one. Then they decided module NG . None available from GM. I drove to an Rv dealer half hour away and got module and cable. We had wanted to leave. On a trip WEDNESDAY. THEY KNEW THIS. GOT installed Friday 5pm too late to hitch up our trailer and go.
