Dry convenient to set up an appointment. Shawn was the service advisor and he explained everything. We walked around the truck looking for any damage in case there was something wrong when they returned the truck. He told me it would take about 45 minutes. We had an errand to run and we got back right at the time Shawn called. Shawn told me what service was performed and the 125 items check list that the technicians went through. Shawn was great to deal with and I will be returning in the future for service from Bradshaw.
