I experienced excellent customer service with Howard Bush...he explained everything that was going on with my truck and got it back to me fast!

First time here. Service was quick. I paid for a service package after purchasing this truck from bradshaw. First time my service came around I go to leave once it’s done and someone left my mugs on the tire loose. Had a bad vibration and rattle. They attempted to make me feel better about it by giving me a$300 credit on my account and was quick to fix it but I do not think it justifies at that. More than likely will not be back. First impressions always are important and that was the xxxxtiest first impression I’ve ever had somewhere. But all in all the managers and my service advisor who I didn’t see were extremely nice. This is nothing at all towards them.

I had good service that was timely. Truck was returned on time and all work was completed to my satisfaction. We have been very happy with our experience at this dealership.

Best experience!! John was great to work with, easy deal, best price and I called dozens of dealerships. Zero games. Will be back without a doubt for my next truck. Good folk!
