Our salesman (Richard Mills) was very professional and...

Our salesman (Richard Mills) was very professional and helpful, will return. Although the finance mgr seemed very stern, and at times wanted us to sign forms that were not completed. We don’t sign anything blank. He got agitated when ask to fill in which made us feel uneasy.

Clean waiting area plenty of seating even with the social distancing covid 19 thing they took out the Breakfast barand good service a little pricey

Enjoyed my first trip to Bradshaw for service. Overall...

Enjoyed my first trip to Bradshaw for service. Overall my experience was good. Very friendly staff and they kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Only area I'd suggest improvement is when a customer comes to the service department that there be someone to guide them to where they need to be or put up signage to show where to go. I felt a little lost with where to go given it was my first visit.

Purchased a 2013 Silverado 1500 LT. Test drive was great...

Purchased a 2013 Silverado 1500 LT. Test drive was great everything was cleaned when I got there and Salesman was excellent. The only issue I have is the day after I purchased the “Service traction control” and “Service stabilitrak” lights came on. The dealership had to have known those lights were on and didn’t say anything.

Dealership I use for my Cadillac and Rav 4 I have continually worked with Howard Bush. He has helped to resolve issues with leaks with my Cadillac. Howard is great to work with; he does a great job of keeping me informed.

I was shocked to find that South Carolina does not offer...

I was shocked to find that South Carolina does not offer incentives to lease a vehicle. I've leased 2 vehicles in Michigan that cost the same as one I leased in SC. The down payment was higher in SC and the monthly payment was over $50.00 more than my payment in MI. If it weren't for COV19, I would've gone to Michigan to return my previous leased vehicle & lease another one from Michigan. I was not given an owners manual with my leased vehicle in SC.

I have found it excellent for many many years...would rather do this by phone as rheumatoid arthritis makes this a bit difficult. Thank you
