As usual the service was efficient and organized. And, as always, all personnel were courteous and helpful. COVID-19 safely precautions were in place and I felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced there.

I can not comment at this time on the level of excellence associated with this service center because I have only had recall service done there so there for I do not feel comfortable rating it however after I do get my vehicle serviced there for things other than recalls I will then feel compelled to do so.

Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. David Rocklein made this a no hassle experience and I didn't feel like I had to wait unnecessarily longer than I needed to.

They told us several times our truck still had the 100,000-mile warranty through GMC, just not the dealership. Later, when we needed the truck looked at, they said that the warranty was expired before we even bought it.
