A little aggravated that the person who checked me in took 3 calls while checking me in. Not keeping his mask on was uncomfortable.Car service itself was fine.

Bradshaw has serviced my Cadillac Escalade for years. I keep going back because of the overall quality of the service dept. From the service manager to the guy who brings your car around they are on top of things. Zak is a great service tech as well.

Bradshaw did an excellent job fixing my warranty issue. Would recommend them anytime. It was nice that they added a truck wash after they were finished.

My recent purchase at Bradshaw was stress free. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The vehicle was reasonably priced and I was pleased with the trade in offer on my old truck.

Great experience in general. Lack of hybrid knowledge and lack of knowledge on blindspot sensor locations makes me wary of returning. I want someone who knows the car before I get there. May be a training issue.

Awesome place. Everyone there does a good job of making customers feel welcome and are very knowledgeable. The facilities, including the bathroom ,are clean and well supplied.
