Fast and Friendly

On a Saturday when the service dept. was slammed, they were able to get the oil changed and tires rotated in about one hour. Great Job!!

Excellent service and an excellent pricing deal.

Salesperson Joe Johnson was excellent. Very informative, helpful, not pushy at all. I hate shopping for cars but Joe was a pleasant surprise. He even took us around the building and introduced us to the service staff. We had been looking for a low mileage used car but they gave us a great price on a new car we couldn't pass up. Being seniors and not technogeable, he took his time and showed us everything, even helping set up our radio.

Problem solved

No quality checks

I took my truck in for a simple recall visit that should have been routine, so I thought. It took three tries for them to get it right after calling me and telling me it was ready. Not only was it frustrating, but It didn't appear anyone performs checks on the vehicles to make sure the customer is not inconvenienced. Eventually it was all fixed, but it took three days and four visits back to the dealership. So needless to say, doubtful I will return.

Loose screw

Problem was know to happen on my vehicle, problem took little time, in and out in one hour. Very friendly and courteous service like the trip service entrance.

Zack was top notch!

Zack explained very step of the process. He was honest and fair. He explained what did and did not need repair. He also made sure to give exceptional customer service during the entire duration of my appointment.

Great Dealership

Purchased my latest Cadillac at Bradshaw Automotive Group with John Karvelas and it was an easy transaction.
