I needed service for my Cadillac. The process was extremely easy and everyone was friendly. My car needed to remain there all day, but the team ensured I had a shuttle ride back to my home. Howard kept me informed throughout the day on the progress, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle it was waiting and ready for me. Thank you!

The dealership is very clean and people polite. I was not informed that servicing my vehicle would be a minimum of 4 hours and actually took until the next day to return the vehicle to me. Luckily I was not inconvenienced otherwise I would have needed a loaner vehicle. As it was the previous dealership in woodruff had fixed the problem but were concerned of their work. The Bradshaw technician took a quick look at the vehicle and determined there was no problem even after the truck spent the evening at the dealership. The technician made little of the problem I had on a trip where I repeatedly had to forcefully SLAM the doors to keep them shut without warning lights going off.

Customer Service was excellent..all questions were answered, ..Large selection of vehicles to choose from, The used car we tested was very clean but after driving the new car was what we decided to purchase...very friendly and very knowledgeable employees...

Terry Kitchens was great. Took care of any issues. He also worked with my warranty company to cover parts and labor. Communicated diagnostics from technicians to me. My truck needed some maintenance work done and Terry made it easy with his recommendations to keep my truck on the road with no issues. Thanks Terry, I appreciated your help and ease of doing business.
