We have taken our vehicles to Bradshaw Automotive for the past 5 years. We have developed a nice relationship with our Service Advisor - Zachary Moran. He is by far the BEST! He offers so much knowledge and patience during our routine maintenance service visits. Zach came to my rescue on on Saturday, 11/30. I own a 2012 Cadillac SRX and I was sitting in my driveway with a dead (original) battery! I got my car to Bradshaw and Zach & Billy had my battery replaced in my car AND my key fob! These guys went above and beyond and stayed past closing to help me. I hate to imagine where else I could have been stranded. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You have a customer for life! 😊

I gave my rating of 5 stars because Ernest and Cary was the best. They explained everything to me had made feel at home. This is my first brand new car and they helped me from step 1 to the end.. I left Bradshaw feeling like I had family helping me. I love them and give them 5 Stars for their service!!!

Great help from all the staff at BAG. I was there for over 3 hours due to the repairs my truck needed. Everyone was eager to help and I even started shopping for a new truck. Great staff, great experience. Will be back

Went the extra mile- literally
Was scheduled to go look over a potential purchase and day before was told the car sold. They found a suitable replacement at another dealer. When we arrived the next day the found car was sold. They found another suitable car and we made the arrangements to purchase. They travelled 150+ miles away and picked up that vehicle at no additional charge. It was ready to go when promised and it was a very pleasant purchasing experience.
