very good service
service was good and everyone was friendly. The refreshment table was clean, coffee was good and donuts great. Morning newspaper was nice for something to read. maybe should have fox news channel on TV. i do not use facebook so unable to recommend Mr Bush on it.

Lack of communication and possibly skilled workers
Took my 2019 Colorado in. It had the check engine light on. They said it was the injectors. Ok, fixed them and then called to say the tranny had a shutter on acceleration. So I left it an extra day for that. Then I come in a few days later. Lights back on, it’s throwing the same codes. Take it back and they said I need and appointment. Ok, made the appointment and took it in on Tuesday. The man I had an appointment with was no where to be seen. Wanted to ask “how is it still the same problem?” Another man working there looks up all the info for me and says they need a higher mechanic to look at it because it might be their technicians fault. So for two days I call up there over and over and get nothing back. Finally a text comes in and says it’s ready. We go get it, and the guy was short with my husband and didn’t want to explain much. My guess is it was their fault and they fixed it right this time. Well, the guy tells my husband it was a completely different problem. Ok well... it’s fixed.. so we take it home and we look under the hood. They left everything that goes over the engine loose. The bolts that hold the plastic covers on. Just crazy to me. I used to be in sales with them, but there’s a lot lacking in that service department. Come to find out my mom and neighbors have had similar problems.

Cadillac Maintenance
This visit, I met Howard. He has a big, warm, welcoming personality. He was busy when I arrived, so I had to wait a bit before getting checked in. Howard apologized and made things right by giving me a credit for a car wash and vacuum.

Great Service!
I appreciate they contacted me about an open recall to schedule service. It was easy to add an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation while they were completing the recall. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. I will be using their services for future needs.

Vehicle service
Overall’s service was good. I thought service representative could have done a better job on explaining Upcoming required service needed I thought the price was a little too high. The shuttle service Was good.
