I appreciate they contacted me about an open recall to schedule service. It was easy to add an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation while they were completing the recall. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. I will be using their services for future needs.

This visit, I met Howard. He has a big, warm, welcoming personality. He was busy when I arrived, so I had to wait a bit before getting checked in. Howard apologized and made things right by giving me a credit for a car wash and vacuum.

My service writer, Wayne is awesome. He is professional Friendly, efficient, and very detailed. My morning at Bradshaw was very relaxing. There were TV’s to watch, Magazines and papers to read as well as hot coffee And doughnuts to enjoy.

he made it easy on me and thats what i like. He was understanding and quick on his feet...i could not be more greatful for a guy like him.

Overall’s service was good. I thought service representative could have done a better job on explaining Upcoming required service needed I thought the price was a little too high. The shuttle service Was good.

I enjoy the service department morning coffee an doughnuts or snacks. I appreciate the follow-up from my service dept reps on what stage of repair the truck is in, such as surgery of a loved one. Don Spenny was the master of follow through and negotiating repairs in a timely manner which is why I'm still around. I must say that Alyss is on her way to greatness also. Chris Brock

Got me in early, did not do recall due to no part from GM (strike related), got oil and tires rotated got in and out fast nice facility

The team listened to my concern and worked to make the transfer into a new vehicle very seamless. Service gave me the options for fixing my car and made it easy to transition into a new car when the service bills were getting expensive.

This was my first experience buying a car by myself since my husband passed away. They made the experience simple and took the anxiety of buying a new car away. Great experience.
