Great place

We had a vehicle in mind and they did their best to find what we wanted. Negotiations on pricing and maintenance went very well. We were very pleased with this dealership!

Lack luster

I brought car in for recall work and i wa told it would only be half a day. I brought it in early because i had plans with the vehicle that afternoon. I was called at 5:40pm and informed my vehicle was ready but the service dept closes at 6pm. I am 30 mins away from dealership. I had to change plans since i wouldn't get vehicle back until the following day.

Absolutely Amazing

I received the Best service from start to finish. I was greeted on the sidewalk as I walked in and Mr. Lyles and Mr. Mills was absolutely Phenomenal from the beginning to the end.

Easy to deal with and personable service!

I never feel pressured in getting more services than I came in for. Zack is always upfront with cost and time estimates. The entire team seems to care about you and your vehicle's best interest.

Saved me money!

My car had 25,000 miles on it so I thought it was time for an oil change also. when I spoke with my trusted Mr. Bush he reminded me I had been in within the last 6 months and had not driven enough miles to warrant an oil change yet so they just checked the passenger airbag light that was a concern for me. After checking the system out thoroughly I felt much better about the safety and function of the system. Some other individuals may have taken advantage of a female customer. I appreciate Mr. Bush's time and honesty each occasion when I come in and he takes extra time to help me understand the workings and proper care of my vehicle. It is nice to have one special person I can trust with my car.

Very timely appointment, my tech advisor Alissa was great.

My advisor Alissa was excellent. She got me in on time and got my work done early as she checked with the technician periodically and updated me frequently. I would rate her a 10.

Wonderful costumer service!!

We felt very welcome from the moment we walked in. This was our first time buying a car from a dealership and everyone was helpful and explained everything very well! Joseph Johnson and the crew made this an absolute wonderful experience!!
