Bradshaw Automotive - Delivery from Greer, SC (for Atlanta, GA)

Let me start by saying that this is by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from. I inquired about a car through the internet and was promptly emailed back. After several emails we had a trade in price, final sale price, and they were very fair in both. I made the drive from Charleston, SC and can guarantee that the rest of my car purchases will be from this dealership. Earl Wirgau and Ed Donald are stand up guys and made the entire process painless! My wife and I couldn't stop talking about how friendly the entire Bradshaw family was, and how they didn't seem to have any alterior motives. It actually felt like they had our best interest in mind and went out of their way to please us. We also absolutely love the car! Can't say enough good things about these guys!

I am an internet shopper, the Bradshaw Automotive website was easy to maneuver. The response time was quick and personal (not generic email). My first communication with Earl Wirgau, I expressed that I would be driving over 2 hours from Georgia to see this car and would be highly disappointed to say the lest if it wasn’t there. He personally put his hands on the car and his quick solution: a small deposit on a credit card to hold it for me. As we were talking over the phone someone approached him about the car, his reply: "sorry, the lady just gave me a deposit, leave me your name and number and if it doesn't work out, I'll call you!" All the pictures matched the car perfectly, it was clean inside and out. Under the hood maintenance, oil changed and a full tank of gas. "She" runs like a peach! I am above pleased with my car and the service from Earl and The Bradshaw Dealership. I was treated like I was purchasing a brand new - top of the line car instead of 1997. This is our third vehicle from Bradshaw,very please with transaction.Sales person was great to work with and received a fair trade in price.We have been very please with service we have received with all our vehicles and nice to see the dealership is their for the long haul.You cannot go wrong doing business with these people and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice vehicle at a fair price.

I was just looking around sick of driving the same extended cab GMC after 5 years. with a growing family a 3 door truck just was not working, I was greeted by Mr Tom miller, he was polite & no pressure, I told him in the future I was looking for a four door GMC Sierra, he said there may be a couple in the back I spotted a very nice one, and we made a deal that afternoon, I recieved a very fair price for my trade, and Tom Miller was a very friendly sales person and knew how to treat his customer, If you happen to go to Bradshaw GMC even just to look ask for Tom Miller, he will point you in the right direction. Greeting was warm, friendly and helpful, not pushy. The salesmans honesty showed through. He was extremely helpful to my wife and I. Since this was the 2nd buick we purchased from this dealer, and both purchases were rated a "5", the consistency of treatment was obvious. The treatment from this dealership and these two salespeople will keep me coming back, even if I was not extremely happy with the performance or quality of the vehicle. This is a unique expierence in the automotive world.

Earl responded to phone calls and emails very quickly. He was willing to put in the effort to make sure I left satisfied with every aspect of the deal. The finance and paperwork side was rushed, but there several people in line, so it was understandable.

I'm new to the area and needed some regularly scheduled maintenance done to my truck. I scoured the web looking for the place with the best reviews, and Bradshaw was it. Drove an hour to visit Bradshaw. The folks were friendly and the service was fast, but 5 days after I left I suddenly need a $1000 fix on what they "maintained". Seems a little fishy to me. Not a happy camper.
