We really had a great experience working with Bradshaw Auto this week. We had just purchased a car from them three weeks ago and just were not happy with it. Rick really took care of us so we would not lose big on trading in that car for our new(to us) Tahoe. We're very pleased with it and will definitely do business with Bradshaw Auto again and will recommend all their services to our friends and family.

I visited the dealership a few times searching for a new car. Andy Bettendorf was always very helpful not only offering what they have in stock, but also trying to find colors/models of my preference within their partner dealerships. Andy's follow up and professionalism was first rate. He went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Andy helped to activate On Star in my new Buick Regal and made sure we went over the basics before I left, even though it as cold and very late Saturday night(store closed right after I bought my car). I also was given the best interest rate for my new car loan in the area! I definitely recommend this dealership.

This was my first purchase from Bradshaw Automotive. I worked with Earl Wirgau, the Internet Sales Manager, who helped me locate the exact Tahoe I was looking for. Earl was very responsive, upfront with costs and fees, and thorough during the vehicle presentation following the sale. Overall, I had a great purchase experience with Earl and the guys at Bradshaw and would highly recommend them to others in the market for a new or used Chevy, GMC, or Cadillac.

Liked the facility. Modern,clean, and spacious. Salesman informative and friendly. When I picked up my new 2011 Buick Enclave, Earl went over every detail of the car and I never felt rushed. The car had been detailed and had a full tank of gas. Earl activated the xm radio and onstar prior to my leaving. I can't say that all my car buying experiences were pleasant/enjoyable but this one was. I definitely would recommend Bradshaw to friends/family.
