One of, if not the best dealership experience I have encountered. Earl was extremly, fair, helpful and honest as well as friendly, he's a no 'BS' sales guy! I was in and out of the dealership within two hours of arriving including test drive, researching the Cadillac history and all paperwork. Great expericence, I have already recommended Earl to one of my friends!

Andy Bettendorf and others did an excellent job. All questions and concerns regarding finance and the mechanics of the car were addressed to our satisfaction. We were given instructions on the complete Car Care Service Plan. Mr. Bettenorf assisted with setting up the On Star account.

As an out of state buyer, I found it extremely easy to buy the truck I had been looking for at Bradshaw Automotive. I dealt with Earl Wirgau (the internet sales director) and he is a great person to deal with. The entire experience was non-pressure and he answered every question that I had. The truck was listed for sale on a Monday, I saw it on a Tuesday (via emailed pictures from Earl), drove to see it on Wednesday and drove home with it on Thursday. The dealership is extremely nice with friendly people in all departments that I dealt with (sales, service, and finance). I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I knew what I wanted and I am not the type person to spend all day going bacvk and forth with someone trying to sale me something I don't want. I went to Bradshaw Chevrolet and told the salesman what I wanted ( Andy Bettendorf ). He told me thet had no vehicles on the lot that I wanted but he would locate me one. Within the week he called me and told me he had found one and wanted to know when I would like to come in and see it. I did and like it. I then told him how much money was involved and what I wanted the payments to be. He talked to his finance person who is super and they not only met what I said but got things better lower than I had expected.Bradshaw has a very good reputation and all the people there go out of their way to keep it that way.

We just bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and after researching/shopping for several months we found that our experience with Bradshaw Automotive FAR EXCEEDED any other dealerships we had approached. We were out of town customers (actually on a road trip with our 2 small children and dog) and thought we might just drop by to take a look at a vehicle we had seen online. The customer service we recieved was WONDERFUL! Tony Bentley and Sales manager Jeff Plunkett went out of their way to allow my husband and I to find a comfortable place to let our children play while we made a decesion regarding the car. The price agreed upon was VERY FAIR and our entire experience was great. ZEven after the vehicle purchase was complete the sales manager and consultant were helpful and wanted to be sure we were pleased with our purchase. We would certainly approach this dealership again for another vehicle.

Earl contacted us several times to let us know the status of our order. This went above and beyond what I expected.He thoroughly explained the vehicle before letting us leave and even setup our OnStar and a couple numbers to call. He was very easy to work with through the process. If we have any questions he encouraged us to contact him. That was nice.

I can honestly say that I have never before encountered a car dealership that has the level of customer focus that Bradshaw has. They made know that my total satisfaction was paramount. If this initial contact is any indication of how I am going to be treated when I return for periodic service, WOW! The team is very professonal and they work together to make purchasing a vehicle a pleasant, hassle free expreience.

FABULOUS experience & 100% satisfaction. We researched, and drove 240 miles to this dealership and got exactly what we hoped because of No hassles, no stress, clear communication (Earl is great). In fact, THEY GOT ME A BETTER RATE THAN MY OWN BANK! (Thanks Ed, all smiles here). I was a little scared, its been over 15years since bought a car, but I loved that it was bottom line when we reseached it. I could take that internet information and compare it out doing my own research @ home and yup, I did get a good deal!! Just like they quoted!

Purchased a Hummer H3 from Earl - great experience from start to finish! Had car waiting (and immaculate) when we got there for just a test drive! Went over the "Hummer Track" and was thoroughly impressed. Traded in a Dodge Dakota with no issues - fair trade-in and did everything he promised. Thanks again for a great experience!

The best experience ever - at a car dealership. Andy was the most wonderful salesman; not pushy or overbearing, but very informative about the vehicle. Bought a 2010 Camaro, black w/orange stripes. Will definitely recommend Andy to our friends and family.
