Initial sale of truck was good, follow up on issue
Initial sale of truck was good, follow up on issue afterwards was horrible. Was told I would be contacted by Tyler Plunkett. After a day of no call, I left him a message. Still no call. I then left a message for Jeff Plunkett and still no return call. I wasn’t asking for the dealer to take a loss for my mistake. Just wanted to talk to someone about options, and they didn’t have decency to even return my phone calls. I’ve bought two trucks from Bradshaw and can’t even get a call from one of the Plunketts to discuss my issue.

I did receive a phone call today from Tyler Plunkett to apologize for the lack of communication and not returning my call. Doesn't really solve the issue I had because it's since been handled elsewhere, but I do appreciate the call and the apology.

Your service rep Howard Bush is always smiling and extremely helpful when ever I come in for service. Service department has work undone or not checked to see if repairs were correct. Once cost me to buy a new battery while on a road trip. Also where are the donuts to go with the coffee in the morning. President says pandemic is over!
