Always have a positive experience when we buy from Bradshaw Automotive. We worked with Chris on the used car lot, fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable. Edward handled our paperwork, laid out all of the options but no pressure to upsell. The Greer location has been our go-to spot for over 20 years, about 12 vehicles purchased between new and used. Always get a fair deal, treated with respect, and appreciated for our business!

I have only interfaced with the collision center and I
I have only interfaced with the collision center and I was not very satisfied. The service writer under estimated the job by over $6k. He never estimated a completion date untill 6 weeks after my appointment date. Delivered my truck Sept 12 and picked it up on October 28, 2020. Found that the coolant overflow tank was broken still and when they replaced the hood the sound deadening material was not installed. When I drove the truck home I found that the right front was making a terrible vibration while braking in slow moving traffic. This is the same way it was acting when I bought it in. So not I have to take the truck back. I am not sure I really want them to attempt the fix. I am NOT to confident in their capabilities. I also had to pay for a rental car the whole time. I don't believe I need to pay for another car rental while they fix what should have been fixed the first time there.

I have contacted Darrell by phone just now and he has placed the parts on order. We spoke about the vibration/noise and agreed that he would wait until tomorrow to get back to me about getting the truck in to find out what the problem is and to install the two items that were ordered. I have done business with Bradshaw many times over the
I have done business with Bradshaw many times over the past few years. They have always taken very good care of whatever problem I was having with my vehicle in the least amount of time as possible. These last couple of times they had to keep my car longer because of the problem with delivery of parts needed. Since I had another vehicle to drive, it was no problem leaving my vehicle as long as need so they could would on the car until it was fixed. I really appreciate the entire team at Bradshaw!!

I got the oil change that I came for.
I got the oil change that I came for. They also cleaned up some previously leaked oil, which was good. However, they didn't fill the tires with air like I requested. When I mentioned that, they took it back and filled the front two tires with air, but not the back two.

They are great to work with for repairs. Process is easy, great communication. When I went to pick up, they had missed a spot for repair, but they prioritized so I was able to pick up the following day. They also fixed my key which was fantastic!
