If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Porsche, and the entire experience has exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I began inquiring about the car, the dealership was responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. Despite the car being located in Boston, I was initially hesitant about the logistics of having it delivered all the way to Indiana. But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. If you’re considering buying a car, I would highly recommend this dealership. They truly went the extra mile, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

STAY AWAY!! LIES LIES & MORE LIES. And oh ya misleadings, managers that say they’ll get back to you but don’t! The old switch too on the APR at the signing. Asked to sign paper saying I had 5 days to return vehicle for the full sticker price, but vehicle wouldn’t be ready for FOUR days (& yes those 4 days counted towards the 5!) 800+ score. Told them I only wanted 1 inquiry, they did 4! And didn’t check the bank i told them I wanted to use. Didn’t pay off my trade in on time so I had to make a car payment when I shouldn’t have had to. Told me sent the check out 2 days earlier, then sent me a copy of the payoff check with that date on it. NOT the 2 days earlier take. I PROMISE you, STAY AWAY!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. This dealership engages in illegal business practices and has repeatedly jeopardized my livelihood over the past year without my knowledge. Their actions forced me to sell my 2021 Range Rover and buy an Audi from a competing dealership just to ensure I had reliable service. The "Talk to Herb" feature is a complete sham-no one ever returns your calls. The new service manager is utterly unprofessional and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle or your business.

First I was greeted by a man named Vitor….who offered me all types of nice beverages & snacks while I waited a few minutes to be helped. Jeff Lowre was my salesman & his communication was superb. I mean the guy even texted me on his day off to give me real time updates on the process of my car. A super sweet lady named Fernanda thoroughly explained everything to me during the finance process & helped me to find the best rate possible. This dealership gave me one of the best & easiest experiences I could ask for.
