I did not have an appointment for service and recall, but they took care of me returning my Ram 1500 earlier than promised. I would highly recommend Fields to my relatives and friends!

Fantastic service
Clean facilities, honest employees, not unreasonable prices for service, got my vehicle back quickly and it was cleaner than I left it. They did forget to apply my coupon but ultimately, I’m happy with their quality of work and how I was treated as a customer and will always opt to go to Andy at Fields for as long as I own a Chrysler product.

Great Service and Service Advisor
Andy was my service advisor when I came into the dealership on Wednesday. Andy made sure that my wife’s Jeep Wrangler had side boards installed and while it was at the dealership also discovered the AM/FM radio was not working and since it is covered under the warranty ordered a replacement. My wife has used another dealership in the past but we will definitely continue to use Fields Jeep in Sanford and always request Andy to take care of us. Even though we live in Winter Park and there are closer dealerships, we will still make the drive to Sanford and continue to come to Fields Jeep for all of our Service and Purchase needs

Great experience
So I walked in to this service center pretty frazzled because my 2015 Jeeps AC decided to go out on me. But as soon as one of the service engineers walked over to me and listened to my frantic ramble of how this shouldn’t be happening. I was met with sincereness and patiences. They took care of everything and explained in full detail what the process was going to be. Tony set me up with a rental and gave me update calls in regards to my car. I would rather of not gone through this experience but I’m glad I did it at this location of Jeep. Everyone was great! Thank you all for wonderful service!
