Nickolas York is a TERRIBLE service advisor and did the
Nickolas York is a TERRIBLE service advisor and did the absolute minimum to assist me for a part in order. I literally waited 6 months to receive it and that was only because I drove to the dealership and spoke to someone in the parts department. Part was received within 2 days of me doing this.

The service department is fast, courteous, and reliable. Tyler is an AMAZING Service Adviser and very informative. I rarely leave the dealership with any unanswered questions or concerns. Highly recommend. Appreciate that they are willing to listen to all concerns and work efficiently to try to resolve them. Shuttle service is so appreciated. Robin is courteous and efficient. I feel well taken care of and she gets everyone where they need to go in a timely manner. In and out and always service with a smile!!!

Been going to them for service ever since they went above
Been going to them for service ever since they went above and beyond to help us resolve a water leaking issue. Went to several dealerships and this is the only one that took the time and energy to fix it right AND fight for us to get it covered by warranty. Not always the quickest place but do their best to take care of customer.
