It was a wonderful experience from the moment I sat down with Joe Leudesdorff to discuss my desire for a new car until I drove off the lot in my new ES350. Joe was very patient with me as he listened to my needs and answered my many questions. After I made my decision, it was stress-free for me as Joe took care of everything. When I picked up my car, Joe took the time to explain the features and personalize the car to my needs. I didn't feel rushed. He wouldn't let me leave until I felt comfortable in the car. Upon entering the dealership Andre Galarza greeted me and from there he had my attention. He was diligent in asking questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the particular car I wanted. He made me feel comfortable even though I was dubious about purchasing the NX 200t F sport. He allowed me to express any concerns and helped clarify anything I was unsure of.
