We purchased a 2020 RX350 in March, 2026 and had a problem with it. We brought it back in April 2026 and they were kind enough to trade it out for a newer 2022 RX. Jackie was our salesperson and she was really great and Pete Mgr Used cars was very understanding. They will definitely be seeing us again after the fairness the team showed to us.

Saw the car on line and went down to take a look. The car was a fair price and was able to negotiate a little more off. My salesman Chad Echezuria was very easy to work with. What I like best was the was no bait and switch and price on line was the price they were asking. Not the price after a $2k deposit to make the price on line look better.

With the assist of Gabriella Pulice, i don’t think the transaction of my moms new 2026 Lexus RX350h would have happened. With the amount of effort she put in to make sure the deal comes together, my mom and i are extremely grateful to the Stoler team, and the finance manager, Craig. Thank you Gabriella for all your help and for getting my mom into an excellent and safe car!!! :)

This morning, I went to Stoler Lexus for my first scheduled maintenance on my new Lexus and it was another awesome experience. Cassandra, my service advisor, was very welcoming and helpful and conveyed her appreciation for choosing Stoler. I was in and out of there very quickly and enjoyed a cup of coffee and browsed the showroom to carry me during the waiting time.

We walked into Stoler Lexus just to browse, and maybe test drive a Lexus TX and walked out with one . From the minute we walked in, Chad was welcoming, friendly and not pushy at all. He took his time with us and made it the easiest car buying experience we ever had . When all was said and done, we felt as though he was family . Thank you Chad, and Stoler Lexus, for a remarkable experience. We will be back and will be sure to tell friends and family as well!

This service experience was much better than previous visits there. I noticed when I got home that the tech said that the wiper blade were inspected and in good condition but my rear wiper blade is literally shredded. Makes me doubt that it was checked at all
