ZERO STARS! I turned in a different lease early in order to bring home a new Lexus. The deal was that they would pay the remaining payments on my old lease (4 payments). They sure did pull a fast one! They took my car and only paid three of the four remaining payments. This forces me to pay for a car that I am no longer in possession of INCLUDING the Lexus I took home. I paid two car payments one month for the price of one car. I have left five messages and only received a return phone call ONCE saying they would look into it and call me back - which isn't happening. I have been so unsatisfied with my purchase with Lexus and totally regret it! Unless you like being screwed out of your own money then DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! GO ELSEWHERE!

This was our second experience at Atlantic Lexus inside of a year! What a difference a year has made- the changes made to the dealership do not go unnoticed. Now the dealership is not only beautiful but accommodating as well. Will was incredibly helpful and accessible throughout the process of returning our vehicle and leasing a new one. The service department was outstanding in terms of their timeliness, loaner availability and communication. We couldn't be happier and recommend this dealership to all.

Went in for a test drive and walked out with a gorgeous new car! Alexis made it so simply and was extremely thorough through the whole process. She explained everything in great detail and was realistically fair. She found the perfect IS300 white/red combo that I wanted and stayed well after closing to complete the deal. I recently leased a 2017 Lexus RX350 from Atlantic LexusRt 110 Farmingdale NY. My experience was easy and comfortable. Larry Smath and Marietta were very informative and professional. Financing was explained and all my questions were answered fully. All the technical gadgets (blue tooth, park assist, blind spot monitor etc.) were explained and demonstrated (some more than once). I was very happy to be placed with Jean at Atlantic Lexus of 110. He took care of me from the very first phone call I made to the dealer. He is a straight shooter and took his time to help me pick the right car. I went in for a SUV and ended up with my dream sedan at a great price. If Jean did not take the time to help me the way he did; I would not have been as confident in my purchase as I was.

This dealership is one of the best I have ever been to. I usually deal with Rallye Lexus and am so happy that I called Atlantic Lexus and got to Jean. It was a Sunday afternoon and the dealership was going to close in 30 minutes. Jean had asked me to come in anyway so we could discuss what I wanted my car to be like. I said "Isn't the dealership closing?" Jean said "We are open as long as you are here." He stayed with me 1 hour past closing time. He paid attention to everything I wanted and was very knowledgeable. He showed me all of the features of the car during our test drive and knew the answers to all of my questions. I will definitely come back to this dealership again in the future and I highly recommend those who are interested in getting a Lexus to go here as well and to definitely talk with Jean, as he is extremely professional and talented in what he does.
