Dealership isn’t always prepared, but Arthur makes sure we have as much as possible taken care of in advance to make up for that! Arthur is hands down the reason come back. He keeps us posted on deals, checks in on our leases, and is always accommodating! Too bad the service center isn’t owned by the dealership though - they definitely changed for the worse once that relationship was cut.
