Honda Bridgewater

A little informal and seemingly uninterested in selling cars but they were great when we started taking numbers.

Ron Terry is a pleasure to deal with, this was my third interaction with the gentleman and he is always professional. I wanted to trade in a leased Honda truck with months remaining , Ron (sales) and Kelly (finance) were able to get me into a new suv for practically the same price. The whole experience moved quickly but due to a computer application error, it took a little longer than expected, that was not their fault. The dealership is always clean and everyone is friendly, I will definitely go back to this dealership in the future.

Nate Daniels did a nice job with getting me a car. Very good service overall.

Most dishonest service department. 691.00 for a tail light. Did it myself part was 80 dollars new took 10 minutes to change. I can go on and on about this place. Broke my side mirror, called and left numerous messages and never got a response... extremely disappointed

The price listed is low, but $6000 in fees once you get there. So make sure you do the math.

I recently moved into the area. Made an offer outta state to purchase a rare niche Honda-waiting-meanwhile, I called the dealership outta the blue - got the Service Dept. to ask if I could transport the vehicle directly to them to update. Becca answered and was more than courteous and extremely helpful in answering my queries. I have been a physician and medical school professor for > 35 years and appreciate random people who approach and perform their daily job over and above what's expected. I told her how much I appreciated her professionalism, candor, and assistance. I look forward to servicing my vehicle there and building a professional relationship based on her exceptional level of service to a complete stranger like myself. I had a great experience at Bridgewater Honda. Our sales associate, Nate Daniels was awesome. He was friendly and very patient with us. He got exactly what we wanted. He made himself available to us.
