Great service, made the experiance very easy.

My salesman Ed Carr was very easy to work with and made the experience go very smooth. Ed was on top of everything to make sure the dealership worked around my request and time without any stress. I would recommend Ed Carr to my family and friends.

Great experience. No pressure as website advertises. Jeep is beautiful and the previous owner took wonderful care of it. Great price. Keith was very accommodating. Let us take vehicle home to our busy daughter as she couldn't get to dealership.

Excellent Car and Excellent Buying Experience

I was so pleased to find my Cadillac with the year, the color, and low miles at a fair price just 20 minutes away! My salesperson Todd Craig made the whole experience FUN! He helped me with all my questions and put any buying fears I might have had at rest. His sales experience, and especially the way I was treated by him and everyone impressed me very much. As I drove away, and still today feel really good about the car and the dealership. I will always recommend Suburban to anyone shopping new or used, and for sure tell them to ask for Todd!

My experience with Suburban Cadillac Plymouth

My sales person was Donna Mahler, she knew exactly what I was looking for in a XT5, 2019. Premium Luxury. She followed up by calling me when she had something available. She made my shopping experience very comfortable. She explained and went into details what I was purchasing. Scott in finance was very helpful too. I visit Les Stanford of Dearborn, Cadillac of Novi and found Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth to be the best to work with. Cadillac of Novi was second.
