Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. If I could give them zero starts I would . I dropped of 2015 Cadillac Escalade around November 12th, 2023 for engine lifter repairs ( Cadillac known issue ) , transmission sensor and brake vacuum ; however, just received a call January 25th, 2024 it was ready . They advised it would be done by Christmas which it wasn’t . Never called me to let me know anything . I made numerous attempts to make contact with the dealership about my vehicle and no one returned my phones calls . Never offered a loaner car either. I had to go through Cadillac Customer Care to get answers . I pick up my vehicle today and they pulled it up covered in snow , threw me the keys and walked away . Let’s not forget the inside is destroyed . Suburban Cadillac don’t care about their customers. Save the hassle and go somewhere else !

Very poor first impressions with the van I was testing
Very poor first impressions with the van I was testing driving having a flat tire and near dead battery (it needed to be jumped). The sales person Chris Orr was not helpful and was not willing to own his issues with obvious problems not disclosed online like a door not working. The van had many small details that reveal a lack of detail from the mechanics. I would NOT recommend buying or using the service center. The worst experience.

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my first car, a 2014 Jeep Cherokee! I had been looking for this specific color and model for a while and Ashton Fetters was very kind and helpful with coordinating my test drive and then with the purchase of the vehicle. The first week I had it, I noticed it making weird noises, so I brought it in and Mark Brown helped me schedule a tune-up, all for free! I'm so appreciative and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don't waste your time here ,go to some other place
I bought a 2024 cadillac cts-v and traded in a 2020 mustang gt.They quoted me $33.000.00 for the trade in and then the xx started. the person writing up the sale of said vehicle wrote $30.000.00 for the trade in and also charged me for a $1200.00 insurance policy that I didn't want and a $1149.00 free for life oil changes. if its free for life why do I have to pay $1149.00. when I was done signing the paper work I was handed a usb card that I didn't know how to use as my copy of the contract. I can see why they handed me the usb card and not a written copy of the contract. I couldn't see all the added charges till it was to late. Had I seen a written contract I would of seen all the added charges and the reduction of my trade in cost

Worst place I've ever bought a vehicle
I bought a dodge ram at a list price of around $ 32,000. The xxx whips here tacked on 1600.00 in other fake charges . One a $900.00 package installed that nobody told me about and they refuse to tell me what it was. I've been trying to get the money refunded and at one point they lied to me and said it would be sent in a check .but I never got it. They xxxxxx me around for plates for 4 months. And charged me 600.00 for out of state paper work .charged me for coming from another state to give them business. The finance manager tried selling me extended warranty and other crap I didn't want because it would obviously increase the cost. So I believe he was passed cause he wasn't getting commission and slapped these extra charges on me . Mike the sales man lied and said they would refund the money. Don't trust them here buy elsewhere. I've hired a Michigan attorney to get my money for me and sue them .

My 1 star review is for my purchase with the sales team
My 1 star review is for my purchase with the sales team in 2022. Terry Olson, and I believe Ian, as well as the finance manager were helpful. This dealership had stock when my family urgently needed a vehicle and nowhere else did. I would have easily given more stars, but the service department ruined everything else. The primary issue is they have horrible communication skills. I have waited, in the service department for hours -because they quoted me hours- when my car was already complete, and no one called or came to the waiting area to announce it was ready. That sort of thing is hit or miss, sometimes they’re on top of it. They don’t seem to be prepared for shuttle service versus demand. When asked for shuttle, the driver was doing a parts run to Novi; I had to inconvenience family to pick me up. When asked for a loaner, “we don’t do loaners.” What? Really? Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for standard mileage service, oil and rotation, plus two other concerns. One of which was handled. The other, after two days, could not be replicated, but upon driving away, it was certainly still there. Two days later, I experienced major failures on my 2023 model vehicle. The next day without an appointment I dropped it off. I heard the manager say it would get looked at that day, and then got denied a loaner vehicle again because they “didn’t have any.” This time the shuttle was available. Two and half days passed and never got an update. 3.5 days I finally got through on the phone to be told they lost power 24 hours ago after a storm. One week later MyVehicle app showed me the car had hadn’t moved in as much time, much less been turned on. I showed up to move my vehicle to another service center. The service manager told me the car had already begun work, the part was ordered, but without power, they hadn’t been able to work on it and promised to call me the next morning. 2.5 days later, no call. I called all afternoon and no one answered. I picked up my car 10 days after dropping it off to take it to another dealership service center. I called them, and they already set my expectations for a timeline without even having my car.

Responding to "owner reply" - No. I've picked up my vehicle from Suburban, and taken it to another dealer service center, where I've been treated like their only customer.
No call back
Tires where marked and it looked like there was not a complete tire rotatation. No one called me back on this.
