We met with Salesman, Andrew Freeman, today and he was less than helpful. My husband and I felt like he was talking down to us. He was very matter of fact and we did not care for his attitude. Apparently you get zero incentives for being returning lessees and treated like garbage instead. We got a call from a Salesmen yesterday stating we would get an equal or better rate for turning in our lease early. We drove over an hour to go to the dealer and check out our options. According to Andrew all their available leases were double or triple what we’re currently paying unless I wanted a demo.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

This review is primarily for the collision shop.

This review is primarily for the collision shop. I recently took my F150 into the collision shop at Suburban Ford and was satisfied with the repairs, my truck looked good and I was pleased. However, what I wasn't pleased with was the fact that when I got home and looked into by back seat I found parts of my truck that were replaced, I couldn't figure out why I would be given back garbage parts. A few days later when I went to use the bed of my truck, I found more busted up parts from my truck shoved into the bed. These parts were all busted up and they basically used my truck as a dumpster. I had to take care of disposing of the trash on my own. I have been to other collision shops before and this was the first time I had garbage returned to me. For this reason I will not be visiting this shop again, that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Laurie was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Laurie was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have several other Ford dealerships much closer to my home, BUT Laurie is worth the drive to Waterford. She is knowledgeable, very responsive, efficient, low pressure, and just someone you enjoy being around. This is my first transaction with Laurie, after being referred to her. However, I am certain it will not be my last. I highly recommend Laurie - you will not be disappointed.
